1.What is your business hours ?

Normal business hours are 8:00am to 18:00 pm China beijing time ,other time ,please send mail ,we will reply within 6 hours.

2.Could i get a sample for test ?

Yes ,Samples is free to supplied within 3 days ,clients should pay for the freight .

3.What is your quoation terms ?

We can provide EXW ,FOB ,C&F, CIF quotations 

4.Do you accept OEM or ODM and pringting logo on customized products,customized design and material ?

Yes ,we do .

5.What's your standard of checking semi-products& finished products ?

We have strict factory quality contral systems to assure the quality,which according to China national standard ,equivalent ISO9001:2000

6.What is your delivery time ?

Usually 15-30 days after getting advance payment .it depends on the order quantity .

7.Do you have professional man to supply service for my request ?

We have professional service staff to supply you good before sale service and after sale service to meet your requirements
